We gather the facts and details and what has been executed so far in order to address your particular circumstances Live Support and Guidance • Once we have a clear grasp on what has/is transpiring in your workplace, we will provide you with our recommended next steps based on the size, complexity and urgency of your situation Summary of Recommendations • We provide you with a list of recommendations to help you and your team decide next steps, encourage you to do what you can to resolve the conflict and soliciting follow-up support as necessary
