Using our 360-degree method approach we will provide you with effective tips and recommendations on how to move forward. Once you have reviewed the list of recommendations, we take the time to discuss and determine with you the best way to proceed with your team. The Conflict Assessment and Recommendations service is a collaborative process designed to ensure that you know you are not alone when it comes to handling complex conflicts and that we are here to guide you through it. Issues Addressed: • Overwhelmed by tension caused by unresolved conflict and bitter feelings among colleagues • Confusion about where to begin to address conflict with staff • Fear or anxiety of making situations worse with the wrong response Learning Outcomes: Initial Incident Assessment • Before we offer you advice, we complete a full-scale assessment, taking the time to fully listen and inquire about your unique situation. We gather the facts and details and what has been executed so far in order to address your particular circumstances Live Support and Guidance • Once we have a clear grasp on what has/is transpiring in your workplace, we will provide you with our recommended next steps based on the size, complexity and urgency of your situation Summary of Recommendations • We provide you with a list of recommendations to help you and your team decide next steps, encourage you to do what you can to resolve the conflict and soliciting follow-up support as necessary
