Course Description

As our workplaces diversify and our clients expand into different communities there are more opportunities for misunderstandings and confusion. Clarity Conversations provide  simple and easy tools that teach your team how to assess a confusing situation, engage in helpful clarifying conversations and get back on track with your support, guidance, or task. This training is interactive and will provide participants with Clarity Conversation cards to assist them in future dialogues with clients and colleagues.

Length

  • 2 - 2.5 hours long

Issues Addressed

  • Desire to prevent misunderstandings and assumptions that may lead to conflict or inefficiencies
    Difficulty with staff who struggle to accurately capture their clients' needs

  • Fear that the needs of your team are not being addressed and not sure on how to clarify them
