Service Description

Our Conflict Assessment and Recommendations service is designed to help remove the weight and pressure when dealing with complex and unexpected conflicts in your workplace.  Conflicts often involve challenging emotions and feelings, competing opinions and perspectives about what to do, and a lack of time to do it right. During the Conflict Assessment we take the time to listen and ask the hard questions to ensure we fully understand the sensitive nature of your conflict. Using our 360 degree method approach we will provide you with effective tips and recommendations on how to move forward. Once you have reviewed the list of recommendations we take the time to discuss and determine with you the best way to proceed with your team. The Conflict Assessment and Recommendations service is a collaborative process designed to ensure that you know you are not alone when it comes to handling complex conflicts and that we are here to guide you through it.

Outcomes

  1. Initial Incident Assessment

    • We conduct a complete assessment to understand the unique conflict you are dealing with. We gather the facts and details about what happened, what has been done so far to address the situation and the urgent deadlines you are working under 

  2. In the Moment Support 

    • Once we have a grasp of what has/is transpiring in your workplace, we will provide you with our recommended next steps based on the complexity, size, and urgency of your conflict 

  3. Summary of Recommendations

    • We provide you with a list of recommendations to help you and your team decide next steps -encouraging you to do what you can to resolve the conflict and offer our follow-up support as necessary
