Strengthen your team’s ability to overcome conflict together by understanding each other's Conflict Communication Styles. Using the Conflict Communication Styles Test as your new framework for dealing with one another during a conflict, your team will have the ability to reflect deeply on their natural reactions to conflict and how these reactions can produce behaviors that can be positive or negative depending on the situation.
