DEI
Foundations
A team-building training where staff explore concerns around DEI trainings and collaboratively create training norms.

Course Description
The DEI Foundations™ Online Training creates a safe and courageous space for staff to discuss their needs, fears, and concerns about engaging in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion trainings with their colleagues. This training starts by engaging in an exploratory activity designed to confidentially identify and discuss the fears and concerns staff personally have or have heard about. Staff will then explore training, discussion and workshop sessions that are being planned, what those learning objectives are, and what staff participation expectations are. Staff will then use both the information gained from the fears and concerns and exploring expectations activities to create and communicate their needs to one another and our trainers.
