The Restorative Practitioner Development Coaching Includes:

Assessment of hard and soft skills required to effectively facilitate restorative relationship building and conflict resolution practices with both adults and youth.

Providing strategies that are customized for the practitioner's unique workplace or school environment to ensure that they will produce more restorative outcomes.

Provide personalized skill development and practice sessions with our highly skilled trainers to refine and develop skills.

Facilitate observations and direct feedback sessions to allow our team to view and correct challenges that occur while implementing restorative practices and strategies.

Decide on how many coaching sessions you would like to purchase

Our recommendation is that people purchase a minimum of 3-5 sessions. You can purchase as little as 1, however, we recommend that you send us via email more information related to your needs prior to the meeting in order to maximize the time we spend with you.

Our contracts team will work with you to expedite the contract and compliance process so we can start working together as soon as possible

Assign a Training Synergist to support you along your entire journey

You will be assigned a training synergist who will be your point person to ensure that the implementation of the coaching sessions happens smoothly.

Conduct a 30-minute industry & needs assessment

Our team will conduct a 30-minute assessment to customize the coaching/consulting meetings based on your organization's needs. We have specialized coaching tools that are perfect for municipalities, technology companies, K-12 schools, universities, medical institutions, and nonprofits

Time - 30-45 minutes

Bundling Coaching, Infrastructure, Assessment, or Consulting services with this Training?

Our team will help create a plan that outlines which services need to happen first and which milestones will be accomplished along the way

Finalize all logistics

Your training synergist will reach out to schedule We use secure Zoom meetings, but can also use WebEx if needed.

Time - 30-40 minutes

Facilitate Coaching with customizations (1-hour sessions)

Your training synergist will facilitate the coaching session and take notes on key coaching topics and recommendations that were made during your session.

Time - 50 min - 1 hour depending on customizations and topics

We do offer longer sessions as well. You can also combine multiple coaching sessions into one longer session

Schedule an evaluation and next steps meeting

Your training synergist will provide you with new step recommendations after the end of your sessions

Time - 30-minute meeting after all of the coaching services are delivered

We coach individuals, cohorts, task forces, small groups, , managers & leadership, and departments

Coaching sessions are between 50 minutes and 1 hour long on average but can be customized to longer sessions. ​
