Description: Our Conflict Resolution Preparation and Facilitation Service is designed to free you from the stress and burden of trying to resolve difficult and complex conflicts on your own. Our team of Conflict Resolution Practitioners come highly trained with active listening tools, a diversity and bias lens, and detailed approaches to navigate the complex dynamics in your workplace. We safely guide you and your team out of a place of distress and frustration to one of hope, understanding and resolve together. Issues Addressed: • Fear of trying to resolve the situation on your own • Lack of skills handling serious conflicts in the workplace • Inability to resolve the situation fairly without appearing or being biased Learning Outcomes: Preparation Meetings • Through our innovated our Conflict Resolution Process we use proven techniques to ensure our high rate of success in resolving most high-level cases. The start of Conflict Resolution Process begins with meeting the main participants in the conflict. This helps to assess the root causes of the conflict by helping the individuals involved to process individual impacts related to the conflict, what led to it, and what they have thoughts about since in a confidential and nonjudgmental environment before having to think about coming together with others to resolve the conflict Facilitation of Conflict Resolution Process • Our facilitators are trained with a Diversity and Equity lens and carry a high level of Social Emotional Intelligence to strategically work through complex problems, power dynamics and sensitivities. Once each participant demonstrates that they are ready to come together to solve the conflict, our Conflict Resolution Facilitators begin designing a solution-oriented process to allow participants to come together, share their perspectives about the conflict, and work towards a solution. The Conflict Resolution Practice is highly structured to ensure participants are respectful and do not cause additional harm to one another.
