Mission
At CircleUp Education, our mission is to cultivate happy, thriving, and stress-free cities, organizations, and schools by meticulously designing and delivering world-class education, training, consulting, and coaching services. Our offerings, which encompass DEI, restorative practices, cultural competency, communication skill development, mindfulness, SEL, and restorative practices, are developed and executed to the highest standards of excellence.
Each program we create is a testament to our unwavering commitment to educational quality and impact. Our team of expert trainers, all of whom are carefully vetted and evaluated by our Co-founders, Tiffany Hoang and Tyrone Botelho, bring their extensive knowledge and experience to every course, ensuring that our participants receive the best possible learning experience. With over 10 years of experience in designing curricula, facilitating in-person, asynchronous, and blended courses, and providing consulting and coaching services, Tiffany and Tyrone personally oversee the strategic direction and rigorous evaluation of all our programs.
Our dedication to meticulous standards and continuous improvement reflects our core belief in the transformative power of education. We strive to dismantle the barriers of oppression, racism, and division, fostering a world where future generations can thrive. Through our intentional and thoughtfully designed services, we interrupt implicit biases, restore community well-being, resolve conflicts and misunderstandings, and inspire profound connections and inclusivity.
CircleUp Education is committed to excellence in all we do, setting the benchmark for quality, professionalism, and positive impact. Our mission is not only to educate but to inspire lasting change, empowering communities to achieve their highest potential and create a more just, inclusive, and harmonious world.
Our Story
To build a less oppressed, racist, and divided world for future generations we will never know
CircleUp's inception began when two UC Berkeley Peace and Conflict Studies graduates, Tiffany and Tyrone, joined forces to attempt to solve a daunting question. How can we end inequities and discrimination in our lifetime by addressing the root causes of hate, oppression, racism, and unconscious bias? This one question led the two co-founders on a journey of self-growth, constant reinvention, and evolution of thought and practice all to ensure that the next generation of children may start off their life in a world that is more inclusive and equitable than the one we live in today. CircleUp has been able to thrive based on the founder's commitment to practice what they teach, to maintain value-based approaches to services delivery, and by being empathetic toward the diverse communities they serve.
